What you'll actually do
We want concrete builders, not buzzword tinkerers. This role is about shipping WordPress work that looks sharp, loads fast, and helps clients win.
- ✓Build and ship high-quality WordPress sites using Elementor, custom themes, and clean PHP/JS code.
- ✓Optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile.
- ✓Integrate APIs, forms, emails, payment providers, and third-party tools as needed.
- ✓Maintain and improve existing client websites with updates, fixes, and iterative enhancements.
What we need to see
- 1One piece of proof you’re great — a live site, repo, portfolio, campaign, or deal you closed. Send a link, not a document.
- 2A short 2–3 sentence note telling us why Alpha AI, in your own words. No cover-letter formalities.
- 3Anything else that shows how you think — a tool you built, a side project, a short rant, or a smart opinion about how the industry does something wrong.
